Let me introduce myself. I am –
Mindaugas Žebrauskas
I conduct training programmes on the topics of sales, negotiation, presentation and cooperation. In addition, I can provide advice and individual training sessions. The main focus of mine is on the practical tasks enabling participants both to observe and adjust their behaviour when working with their customers and colleagues.
I abide by the rule:
It does not matter what a person did before the training, it is important what he/she will do afterwards.
I conduct training sessions in Lithuanian, English and Russian.
Looking forward to seeing you at my training sessions.
I always try to apply the teaching methods which enable the participants to reveal themselves, develop their internal motivation to pursue goals, and discover a personal style. During my training sessions I am very attentive to every participant and try to understand their expectations and wishes, to motivate them to pursue new goals and take on challenges in life.
I like working with perceptive, free and creative people who have their own opinions, are willing to learn, progress, and to share their experience despite their job positions. I have noticed that if my values concur with those of the participant, our training sessions are highly efficient and reciprocal, i.e. the benefit is mutual.
As a consultant and a trainer, I have learnt a lot from the people who attend my training sessions, and from professional managers whom I meet every day and with whom I grow in the process.
In my view, a successful outcome of the training is the participant’s changed behaviour which brings him/her better results after the training.
